My dear friend Sharon will be remembered as the driving force behind all the reunions our class has had until the last one.  She actually had the first meeting, as we started to plan our 45th, but unfortunately, didn't make it. Our friendship started in high school, continued through college, and since we both settled in Havertown, went on until she finally lost her fight with leukemia.  We are still close with her husband, Sam, and keep tabs on their 3 children and 4 grandchildren.  I miss her terribly.

Sharon was a special person with a great sense of humor. It is hard for me to look at her picture and remember the valiant fight she had against leukemia. She did a lot for the school, our reunions, and for me. She got me a job in Ocean City upon our graduation, and we stayed in a house where we learned that the owner's son worked for my Dad. Small world. I will never forget her family and our fun times together! She was unique!
