Most of you probably know that Ken died in 2009 after serving as Presiding Judge of Delaware County. Those of you who were friends with him will immediately understand the comments about his "temper".
Before becoming a judge, Ken had a law practice in Media. At that time I had to deal with a family legal problem from California. I called Ken, and he was quite helpful. In the middle of it all, the judgeship came through. He turned our problem over to one of his partners and made certain all was resolved.
